Altissimo

The house is an oasis of calm in the hectic city, harmonizing the style of modernism which makes the whole design elegant and classic. Each room is treated with a unique combination of the palette, featuring furnishings with different textures and surface treatments.

The family reading area is designed as an indoor garden, with wall and furniture details combined in a soft tone to create a natural and elegant atmosphere. Comfort and an exclusive ambience with different essence could be found in each room. A combination of unique elements creates an ideal space to rejuvenate and forget the stress from the outside world.

LEEDON GREEN

Located at the prime location in Singapore, Leedon Green defines understated luxury for one’s desirable future home. Mastering the use of natural materials, composited in three different schemes for different units, is the key for creating a timeless lifestyle.

To celebrate the distinctive conceptualized tree house architectural form of the sales gallery, the interior wooden feature with refined details, highlighted with deliberately selected furniture, creates a strong connection with the surrounding natural elements.

Colors and tactility of the materials are also important composition of a calm resort-like atmosphere. Veneer panels and screen with wooden stripes with black stainless steel contrast with the dark grey marble floor.

At the reception, the hanging feature is a conceptualized representation of the movement of nature when catches wind. In the discussion area, the details of the interlocking ceiling feature together with the splendid lighting fixture adds on a luxurious touch to the spatial quality.

IL PICCO HOUSE 15

In Confucianism, human is an integral part of nature. Living with balance with nature is the true celestial beauty of living. To celebrate the magnificent landscape and the harmony emanated in the neighborhood, modern Chinese style is the key design direction for House 15.

‘方圓 ; 正對’ , ‘Contrast and balance’, reveals the poetic narration of the concept and the composition of the design. While balance is achieved in the symmetric arrangement of wall finishes, curvy and round-shaped loose furniture contrasts with the rectangular wall paneling and feature, yet adds on a sense of harmony in the space as a whole.

In the living room, grey and beige wall finishes with embellishment of blue décor creates a peaceful atmosphere. Chinese elements are blended in a subtle way through the details and pattern of the chequered resin panel and screen. Among the rectangular elements, cluster of circles gather above the dining table become the focal point. More importantly, light and shadow casted through the screens creates intimate spatial interaction with the exterior.

The bedrooms are featured with the imposing Chinese style. The secondary master bedroom is opened to a panoramic view of the hill ridges and sea. Chinese painting printed on leather narrates the thrifty and bustle life of old days.

The scale of the drawings not only demonstrates sophistication, but also captures and reflects opposite view of landscape. Earth tone color highlighted with mustard-yellow and green furniture further enhance the fusion of the interior spatial quality and the scenery outside.

The concept of contrast and balance continues to be unfolded in the master bedroom. Structure is well-defined with the bold stainless steel frames while softness is found in the feature wallpaper and rug with conceptualized patterns of the Chinese landscape drawings.
