At the heart of their philosophy is a simple pursuit: to make space an honest reflection of the people who live within it. Lime — a substance formed by heating limestone and used to remove impurities from steel — reflects their commitment to refinement: stripping away the excess so only what is essential, honest, and true remains. Three — a number symbolising creativity, unity, communication, optimism, and curiosity — captures the spirit that guides their explorations and the collaborative energy that shapes every project.

Circular Residence

Some homes whisper. This one knows exactly when to speak.

Anchored by the circular cove light that crowns the living space, the Circular Residence at Ang Mo Kio is a study in restraint where every curve carries purpose. The design language is consistent and calm — soft arches frame niches in the living room, a stone-clad kitchen island grounds the open-plan layout, and large-format tiles stretch across the floor in long, unbroken runs that make the space feel expansive without trying.

Warm neutrals anchor the palette throughout. Creamy whites give way to muted taupes, with brushed gold hardware appearing at precisely the right moments — never loud, always considered. The circular ceiling detail that gives the project its name does more than illuminate; it becomes a focal point that draws the eye upward and gives the entire living area a quiet sense of ceremony.

In the kitchen, material choices do the heavy lifting. The stone island sits boldly against clean cabinetry, its natural veining adding texture where the walls stay smooth. Pendant lights hang low over the island in a tight cluster, reinforcing the circular motif in a subtler register.

The bedrooms follow the same philosophy — soft, warm, deliberately unhurried. Fluted panels, recessed lighting, and carefully proportioned joinery make each room feel finished without feeling fussy.

Twin Fountains

There are homes designed to impress, and then there are spaces that settle into you — like a familiar breath, like a room tuned to your rhythm before you even realise it. This project, shaped with quiet conviction by LIME3, belongs to the latter.
